Short + Sweet Malaysia

Founded in 2002 by Mark Cleary, Short+Sweet began as a small festival of 10-minute plays in Sydney, Australia. The festival is a hub to showcase aspiring talents in a highly creative, collaborative and professional environment.
The posters for the Malaysian spin-off are inspired by the vision on providing an open platform for Malaysians to experiment and cultivate a local ‘flavour’ in the field of performing arts.
The idea is to find relation between the ideology of the festival and the colourful, flavourful local produce. The result: a provocative, bold and stylish identity. Short and sweet, just like Malaysian’s favourite snack.
